Training Zones

Swimming workout zones help swimmers and coaches organize different intensities for a given task during training to achieve a more balanced and productive workout. Swimmers who swim in workout zones achieve faster results. In the AnalysisSwim application, every workout has a different zone assigned to each set that is also color-coded.
