The main idea of the drill “360 Roll” is to improve rotation and control of the body. Arms and legs connection occurs using the core, connection can help to keep rhythm while swimming.



1. Take a breath and lie down on your chest

2. Keep your arms and legs extended

3. Begin slowly rotate the body 360 degrees using your core

4. When performing a 360-degree rotation, try to do it slowly, take breathe when turn head facing up.
