Backstroke Drill “End of the pull”
Improve the whip end of the stroke in the backstroke, using only a third of the stroke
The body is on the back near the surface of the water, we lower our hands down and hold them near the hip and make alternate movements with our legs
The body began to move in front you will start to work out the end of the backstroke pull using only the last 1/3 of the last stroke
