Idea of the drill
The idea of the drill during recovery phase to improve the coordination and high position of the body with arm straight up until 90° relative to the surface of the water . Similar to L-drill
During the recovery phase, keep your hand straight and relaxed
Lift one shoulder up after the opposite shoulder up lift your one arm up after rotating your shoulder
When the arm is above the water make sure that the armpit also comes out of the water
