Breaststroke Alternating Kick 3 left, 3 both, 3 right, 3 both - improving the coordination of breaststroke kicks using a variation of kicks: 3 kicks with the left leg in full coordination, then 3 kicks with both legs in full coordination, then 3 kicks with the right leg in full coordination, then 3 kicks with two legs in full coordination.
